1. Can ceramic dishes be washed in the dishwasher?
Yes, all dishes can be washed in the dishwasher, but I recommend washing your favorite mugs, bowls, and plates by hand, because the dishwasher does not treat dishes gently and leads to faster wear of the glaze on all ceramics in general.

2. Can I order a custom-made mug?
Of course! If you dream of a mug with a personalized design or inscription, I’ll be happy to create one for you.

Naturally, I usually try to stay within my artistic style, and there may be concepts that I won’t be able to carry out.

3. How are the mugs made?
The mugs are created using casting molds, and the handle is added by hand, which makes them different from other mugs produced from ready-made molds. This makes them exceptionally durable and high-quality. Each mug is hand-painted and glazed. The little stars and butterflies, which are a key element of my designs, are also hand-engraved 🙂 Each design is unique.

4. How long does it take to make a mug?
It depends on the design, but the sketching, painting, and glazing alone take at least 3–4 hours. 🙂 I often spend hours creating new designs (sketching), but this is my favorite part of the process, so I try not to count it as work.

5. Can purchased ceramics be returned?
Yes, of course. All details regarding returns are available in the Returns and Complaints section. 🙂

Tak, wszystkie naczynia można myć w zmywarce, jednak zalecam by ulubione kubki, miski czy talerze myć ręcznie, ponieważ zmywarka nie obchodzi się delikatnie z naczyniami i prowadzi do szybszego zużycia się szkliwa generalnie wszystkich naczyń.

2. Czy mogę zamówić kubek na specjalne zamówienie?

Oczywiście! Jeśli marzysz o kubku z indywidualnym wzorem lub napisem, chętnie go dla Ciebie stworzę.

3.Jak powstają kubki?
Kubki są tworzone z form odlewniczych, a uchwyt dodawany jest ręcznie, co sprawia, że różnią się od innych kubków produkowanych z gotowych form. Dzięki temu są wyjątkowo trwałe i wysokiej jakości. Każdy kubek jest ręcznie malowany i szkliwiony. Małe gwiazdki i motyle, które są kluczowym elementem moich projektów, są również grawerowane ręcznie 🙂 Każdy wzór jest niepowtarzalny.

4.Ile czasu zajmuje wykonanie kubka?
To zależy od projektu, ale samo szkicowanie, malowanie i szkliwienie zajmuje co najmniej 3-4 godziny. 🙂 Często spędzam godziny na tworzeniu nowych wzorów (szkicowanie) , ale to właśnie ta część procesu jest moją ulubioną, więc staram się nie liczyć jej jako pracy.

5.Czy można zwrócić zakupione naczynie?

Tak, oczywiście. Wszystkie szczegóły dotyczące zwrotów są dostępne w Zwroty i reklamacje.🙂
